Background
The contract is associated with the Department of Defense (DoD) and focuses on antiterrorism awareness training for contractors who require access to federally-controlled facilities or military installations.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that contractor personnel are adequately trained in antiterrorism measures to enhance security within these environments.

Work Details
Contractor personnel must complete Level I antiterrorism awareness training within 30 days of requiring access and annually thereafter.

This training can be conducted through a DoD-sponsored computer or web-based distance learning program or under the instruction of a certified Level I antiterrorism awareness instructor.

The contractor is responsible for onboarding documents, including a Contractor Information Sheet (CIS), FD-258 fingerprint card, completed EQIP (Electronic Investigation), and ensuring all resources have an active JPAS profile.

The contractor must also submit a JPAS Visit Request to the hosting Security Management Office (SMO) and ensure that all personnel complete Cyber Awareness Training Certification and Antiterrorism Awareness Training for Contractors.

Additionally, the contractor must designate a Security Representative to act as the primary point of contact for security matters.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at federally-controlled facilities or military installations as designated by the Department of Defense.
