Repair collision damage to 2022 FORD F-450

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, Fleet Services Division is seeking to repair collision damage on a 2022 Ford F-450 due to a traffic accident. The goal of this contract is to restore the vehicle to operational condition, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repairing all body damage to the vehicle body, frame, lights, and structural components. All repairs must be completed in accordance with industry standards and include the following stipulations:
- All equipment used must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- All items must include a standard warranty.
- Repairs must comply with EPA and OSHA standards.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other required documents must be present on-site.
- The vendor must have proper insurance to cover any losses for GSA vehicles in their shop.
- A valid business license is required per state and local guidelines.
- All employees of the selected vendor must be compensated according to local Department of Labor established wages.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed no later than 120 days after receipt of order (ARO). Offerors are encouraged to include their proposed delivery schedule with estimated days ARO.

Place of Performance
The vehicle can be inspected and delivered from THE SPRAY GUN located at 4245 Production Ct., Las Vegas, NV 89115.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for small businesses under the Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines. Bidders must have a repair facility within 75 miles of the vehicle inspection location. Vendors are required to physically inspect the vehicle prior to quote submission; no photos will be provided. Additionally, bidders must provide an itemized quote detailing parts prices, labor times, and all associated costs including shipping or freight.
