Description

The Government intends to accomplish a one-time buy for two non-stock listed parts. The Bore Holder (5 qty) is a Non-Stocklisted Part Number 623-7239-001 needed in order to fill depot/field aircraft requirement for the Part Number 03-03099/ NSN: 5915-01-035-1521 end item.

The Variable Attenuator is a Non-Stocklisted part number (7 qty) each PN 378-0633-070 for the end item repair of the Control for R/T on the ARN-118 TACAN NSN 5895-01-014-3656.

The proposed contract action is for supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Rockwell Collins (CAGE: 13499), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
