PRYZE App Inc. Software Support for DLA-ADC

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking software support for the PRYZE App Inc. as part of its Advanced Digital Concepts (ADC) initiative. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational efficiency and modernization objectives within DLA Information Operations, specifically through the use of the PRYZE platform, which is designed to drive measurable behavior change in mission-critical actions such as training and compliance acknowledgments.

Work Details
The contract involves providing software support for the PRYZE App Inc., which includes:
- Integration with existing systems like ServiceNow.
- Use of a proprietary AI-powered rules engine for real-time user behavior tracking and recognition.
- Support for hybrid, in-office, and remote teams.
- Features that allow administrators to define goals and track progress without manual follow-ups.
- Compliance with Section 508 Accessibility requirements for Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Deliverables must conform to Revised 508 Standards and include an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each ICT item offered.
- The Bill of Materials (BoM) will detail specific line items, quantities, and pricing information required under this contract.
