Preventive Maintenance Service for Elevators

Background
The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea, is seeking preventive maintenance services for its elevators as part of its operational support. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of four elevators located in the Chancery, one hydraulic freight elevator, and one electric ADA (wheelchair) lift situated in the Annex compound.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance services for the following:
- Four (4) elevators in the Chancery
- One (1) hydraulic freight elevator
- One (1) electric ADA (wheelchair) lift in the Annex compound.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation for these services, which will be evaluated by the Contracting Officer.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered in the SAM Database when submitting an offer or quotation exceeding $40,000. Registration must be maintained until award, during contract performance, and through final payment.

This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior elevator preventive maintenance work at the Embassy in Seoul, with KC Elevator Co.,Ltd awarded contract 19KS7025P0741 (FAC: ELEVATOR PMSC) for $16,436 during 09/16/25–09/29/26. A closely related prior award was also made to Otis Lift Eood under contract 19BU8025P0417 (CHANCERY ELEVATORS PM 2025-2026) for $33,089 during 05/01/25–04/30/26. Both prior efforts involve preventive maintenance for embassy elevators in the Chancery area and are consistent with a continuation of routine upkeep for the same types of equipment (elevators/lifts) at the same facility.
