PreSolicitation for Cisco & Polycom Audio Visual Equipment   4

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) are issuing a Presolicitation Notice for the purpose of entering into a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery & installation of Cisco and Poly brand Virtual Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment packages. The VTC equipment will be installed at various sites across the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii, and its outlying areas. This acquisition is a new requirement. ICE/Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for the overall management, planning, development, deployment, operation, maintenance, coordination, and evaluation of ICE technology programs and activities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the equipment, labor, travel, installation, and integration for Cisco and Poly VTC systems for requests that are opened for various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories. The contractor will be required to perform simultaneous installations at various sites at different times of the year for all programs.
The objective of this BPA is to provide ICE with the deployment of a turnkey solution for four room designs to meet ICE’s multimedia needs. The Audio Visual (AV) solution will include small, medium, large, and extra-large/training room designs. The room designs will be used for conferencing and can be used independently of the VTC.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the product will be delivered include various sites across the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and its outlying areas.
