In accordance with Acquisition Management System Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) decision to use single source procedures to award a modification to the existing contract: 692M15-21-D-00004. The purpose of the modification is increase the total contract ceiling to from $8,821,222.98 to $9,943,222.98 to allow for the continuation of work under this contract. This announcement is for informational purposes only. This announcement is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
