A/V Equipment and Installation Requirement

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the Office of Restoration and Damage Assessment (ORDA), requires contractor services for the design and installation of audio visual communications equipment in the Restoration Support Unit (RSU) office located in Building 67 at the Denver Federal Center.

The goal of this contract is to provide a range of services and materials to support A/V design and installation, ensuring effective communication capabilities within the office.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform A/V Communication Equipment Installation as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The services include:
1. Design Services - Developing plans for A/V systems that meet project requirements.
2. Equipment Acquisition - Sourcing and procuring necessary A/V equipment.
3. Installation Services - Installing all A/V equipment as per design specifications.
4. RSU Staff Training - Providing training to staff on how to use the installed equipment effectively.

The contractor is expected to adhere to quality control measures and develop a quality assurance plan to ensure compliance with contract standards.
