Background
The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) is the Army's central laboratory, recognized for its scientific, technical, and analytical excellence. The mission of ARL is to provide innovative science, technology, and analyses to enable full spectrum operations, ensuring the Army's technological superiority. ARL aims to be America's Laboratory for the Army, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for current and future Army needs.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, service vehicles, tools, diagnostic equipment, supplies, and parts required to perform on-site lift/load inspections, scheduled preventive maintenance, repair services, technical inspection, and render safe services for ARL owned mobile and stationary equipment. The work includes:

1. Mobile & Stationary Equipment Repair and Service as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Parts & Materials as required for maintenance tasks.
3. Data deliverables as specified in the PWS and DD Form 1423.

The equipment is located across various ARL Facilities and Experimental Facilities throughout Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), and Graces Quarters Maryland.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is twelve (12) months from the date of award with two (2) one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at U.S. Army Research Laboratory located at 6375 Johnson Rd, BLDG 321, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001.
