Description

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to help provide access for staff, patrons, and visitors who use Computer Assisted Real-time Transcription (CART) to access spoken English. The services provided under this contract will provide additional support to the Library's staff interpreters and will be ordered as needed. CART services are primarily used for performances, presentations, and large staff meetings currently, but could also be used in any number of other situations depending on the Library's needs. The majority of the time, this service will be provided remotely. If services are needed on site, they will primarily be needed at the Library's Capitol Hill complex, but may also be required at the Library's other facilities in DC and Culpeper, VA, and occasionally off site at other locations.
