Intent to award a Single Source Procurement for ESRI Enterprise License Agreement   3

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis. The FAA intends to award a single source Enterprise License Agreement for a period of one base year and four option years to Enviromental Systems Research Institute Inc. (ESRI)in support of the ArcGIS software. A full and open competition is not available for this requirement. If your firm does not agree with the single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm TMs capabilities and experience in providing the above services. The FAA will evaluate them accordingly.
