INITIAL PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Targeted Requirement EXecution (T-REX) Multiple Award Contract(s) (MAC) 3 Follow-On

Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to issue a Solicitation for the follow-on acquisition to the T-REX Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This notice serves to inform industry about the upcoming Industry Day and key areas of the current acquisition strategy to gain industry feedback.

The existing T-REX IDIQ Prime Contracts were awarded in October 2020 and are set to expire in October 2025. The goal of this contract is to acquire Systems Integrators/Coordinators for providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command, Control, Communication, and Computers (C4) related equipment solutions and services across four main categories: System Integration, Hardware and Modifications, Specialized Communication Solutions and Networks, and Signal Processing Capabilities.

Work Details
The scope of this contract includes supplying brand name equipment primarily in the following categories:
1. System Integration
2. Hardware and Modifications
3. Specialized Communication Solutions and Networks
4. Signal Processing Capabilities

The follow-on effort will be another Multiple Award IDIQ with Full and Open Competition, reserving up to one prime contract award for a highly rated small business offeror. It is estimated that there will be a minimum of three and a maximum of six prime awards. Various cost type arrangements will be allowable at the delivery/task order level including FFP, CPFF, CR, etc., with most awards anticipated on a FFP basis.

The anticipated ceiling value for this follow-on contract is in the $2B range over seven one-year ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is Tampa, FL, with virtual sessions also planned.
