A letter of supply (LoS) shall be available upon request. A Vendor BPA Holder who is not the original manufacturer or who is not an authorized reseller will not be considered for award. Additionally, the technology shall not be developed or hosted in sanctioned countries. The Non-Manufacturing Rule applies does not apply to this acquisition. Open market quotations will not be considered for award. All quoted items shall be TAA compliant to be considered for award.
