GSA's Best in Class BPA solution for the efficient purchase of Commercial Off-The-Shelf IT hardware and software products and ancillary supplies and services. It incorporates enhanced NIST based Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements and operational controls that significantly improve GSA's and its customers' secure supply chain. Developed through a strategic partnership between GSA and U.S. Air Force, the 2GIT BPAs are available to all Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, as well as all federal, state, local, regional, and tribal governments, consistent with GSA's Cooperative Purchasing Program.
