HHS/NIH - Human Resources Support Services - MRAS

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Human Resource Support Services. This initiative is spearheaded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Human Resources, Office of the Director.
