The function includes the following sub-functions: A.9.1 Employee Inquiry Processing; A.9.2 Employee Research; A.9.3 Workforce and Performance Analytics; A.9.4 Workforce and Performance Reporting; A.9.5 Records Management; and A.9.6 Records Disclosure.
