The Office of Community Services (OCS) within the Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide office-wide staffing support. OCS is responsible for administering multiple complex block grants and discretionary programs that aim to provide services and promote economic self-sufficiency for low-income individuals, families, and communities. The contractor will provide professional, technical, and administrative staffing services to support OCS's mission-critical functions, including grant administration, financial management, oversight, training/technical assistance, data collection and analysis, reports to Congress, budget planning and execution, fiscal audits, investigation of complaints, quality assurance, and compliance review. The contract will also involve tasks such as program/project management, meeting planning and support, communication support, data analysis, graphic design, legislative analysis, and records management. The contractor will work closely with OCS staff to ensure increased efficiencies in program activities and outcomes.
