(8) One year commercial warranty
(9) Acceptance Test based on VDI/VDE 2634 part 3

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with 12.603. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of two (2) HandyScan Black Elite for the 776 MXSS/MXDEU group located at Tinker Air Force Base.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of two (2) each P/N SYS-H3D-EBLAR HandyScan Black Elite Scanner Kits, each including a handheld self-positioning laser scanner system, VXelements software, carrying case, four-meter long custom USB cable, power supply, calibration plate, 2,000 reflective targets, and a one-year commercial warranty. Additionally, an acceptance test based on VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 is required.

Period of Performance
The delivery is required FOB Destination to Tinker AFB, OK within 30 days.

Place of Performance
The Contractor shall deliver to Building 3538 C. Avenue, Tinker AFB, OK 73145.
