The Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-9, Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness is seeking capacity building support for its Integrated Prevention Advisory Group (I-PAG) workforce. The I-PAG engages in non-clinical primary prevention activities to address harmful behaviors in the military. The contractor will provide subject matter expertise in recruitment and strategic communication, technical assistance on integrated primary prevention, research and evaluation support, data analysis and interpretation, and translation of research findings. The contractor will also be responsible for monthly status reports and providing deliverables such as a strategic recruitment plan, recruitment materials, evaluation plans, and reports. The place of performance will be at the contractor's facility with travel to government sites as necessary.
