GETAC B360 Retrofit

Background
The solicitation is for the retrofit of Getac B360 laptops with DVD-RW devices for the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). The contractor is required to provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, and all items and services necessary to provide Information Technology (IT) systems maintenance on devices provided for retrofit. The work is required to keep the device warranty intact.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items and services: Shipment of devices from the device point of origin to a Getac repair facility; reporting receipt of devices at the facility to HQ AFSOC/A4MX; installation of a DVD-RW into the laptop, including disassembly, installation of DVD-RW with all required drivers, re-assembly of the laptop, and all necessary operational checks; application of sealant on all laptop screwheads; shipping devices to 580th SWES/MXDPAD (DTADS) at Robins AFB GA 31098; and notification to HQ AFSOC/A4MX when devices, with serial numbers, are shipped. The specific requirements also include providing 200 each of Getac B360 Ruggedized Laptops.

Period of Performance
All quotes must be valid through 31 August 2023.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for CLIN price(s) shall include all delivery costs to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.
