FY25 D76 Prisoner Van Outfitting

Background
The U.S. Marshals Service is issuing this solicitation for the outfitting of a prisoner van to meet law enforcement standards. The contract aims to ensure that a 2024 Chevrolet Express vehicle is properly equipped for operational use, as it was found to be lacking necessary outfitting upon its transfer to the Western District of Tennessee. This project is deemed mission critical.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply and install various components for the prisoner van outfitting, including:

1. Install Screen system (Driver separation, window and door screens); monitor/camera system; emergency lights, siren, speaker, etc.
2. Install Kit: Wire, Splices, Loom, etc. (Full Build)
3. E/Z Security Screen System for a 15 Passenger (Extended) Van including 16-gauge steel window guards and aluminum front partition.
4. Rear Partition to mount between last row of seats and rear doors.
5. Camera/Monitor System.
6. Eaton's Sure Power Battery Separator 200A.
7. 1500-Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter with multiple outlets.
8. Top Loader BOSS Strong Box made of 16 Gauge Cold-Rolled Steel.
9. Emergency Speaker (100W).
10. Various lighting systems including MicroPulse Ultra lights and sirens compliant with California Title 13.

Period of Performance
Base Period of Performance: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be completed at the contractor's facility in the Memphis, TN vicinity.
