Field Assistance Service (FAS) has a requirement for a CISCO Catalyst 8300 Router (Gateway Server)

Background
The Field Assistance Service (FAS) Program Management Office of the Department of the Air Force has a requirement to acquire an Automated Call Distribution (ACD) phone Gateway Server to replace an existing device that is no longer Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation, Certification (JITIC) nor Air Force Approved product list (APL) approved, as well as End of Life (EoL).

The contract aims to enhance the FAS phone system's capabilities.

Work Details
The requirement is for the acquisition of 1 Cisco Catalyst 8300 Router (Gateway Server) which includes a warranty. The Catalyst 8300 Series is designed for high performance and integrated SD-WAN services, providing flexibility to deliver security and networking services from the cloud or on-premises.

- Powered by Cisco IOS XE with fully programmable software architecture and API support.

- VPN throughput (IMIX IPSec): 5 Gbps.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be no later than September 30, 2024.
