Digital Signage

Background
The Air Force has a requirement for a digital signage system to be implemented at SYD89, which will facilitate the simultaneous update of monitors.
This system aims to enhance communication by allowing personnel to notify, direct, and provide welcome messages to VIPs efficiently.
The digital signage will also serve to identify senior leadership areas and personnel within the facility.
The project is part of a broader initiative to keep personnel updated and welcome visitors at Kirtland Air Force Base.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of a digital signage system that includes:
- 1 Digital Signage CMS-PA-25 player (control unit)
- 14 Digital Signage NTB-4K-10-0 multi-zone player-only (media boxes)
- Service Advanced OL – Uniguest Service Pack 1 (3-year license)
- LIC-DS-CH-OL-Multi Onelan SoC License – Multi Zone (qty 14) (3-year license)
The system must allow for timely updates regarding operational readiness, exercises, launch information, and VIP welcomes across various campus buildings.

Period of Performance
Deliverable within 45 days from contract award.

Place of Performance
Kirtland Air Force Base, NM, USA.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must ensure that they do not provide covered defense telecommunications equipment or services as part of their offerings.
Additionally, Uniguest is not an authorized vendor for this system.
