Cority Electronic Medial Records System Renewal

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cority Software Inc., doing business as Cority, 250 Bloor Street East, 9th Floor, Box 15, Toronto, ON M4W 1E6 for the renewal of software and IT consulting services. This software and consulting renewal is required to maintain the FBI's current operating status in support of the FBI's continued mission of transitioning to an electronic medical record (EMR) with software that has been customized to meet the FBI's requirements. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 with a business size standard of 41.5 million dollars. A quote is being requested under solicitation no. DJF-22-0300-PR-0000852. This will be a fixed price contract for a 12-months base period with four 12-month option years. Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that Cority is the only source to meet the FBI requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Cority does not have any authorized resellers capable of providing the required software or consulting plan. The proposed contract action is for the renewal of Cority software, consulting and Cority Advantage Program for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of TLE 41,usc (a)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information to Christina Nortey, Contracting Office, and address listed above. Each offeror shall include a complete copy of the clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Item (NOV 2021). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed required is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
