CARC Painting TWV (LCS)

Background
This solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and will result in a contract between the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. In order to provide world-class logistical support to EUSA, the 19th ESC is requesting additional maintenance support through contracted maintenance teams. The contractor shall perform the requirements in this PWS and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) with Camouflage Pattern Painting and Corrosion Treatment of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles (TWV) and Trailers as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed throughout Area I, III, and IV.

The contractor shall perform all work required to inspect, prepare surface, apply corrosion treatment, apply primer paint of TWV & Trailers. The contractor shall apply the CARC Camouflage paint pattern to the interior and exterior of each vehicle/asset.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Period: Award date - 31 Dec 2024; 1st Option Period: 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025; 2nd Option Period: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026; 3rd Option Period: 1 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027; 4th Option Period: 1 Jan 2028 – 31 Dec 2028

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed throughout Area I, III and IV.
