Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The solicitation for Bonneville Scaffold Rental appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W9127N24P0135, awarded to Ecology Mir Group for $243,969 (09/23/24–03/31/26). That prior contract involved scaffolding work (“SCAFFOLDING PH-1 PHASED RELOCATION”), which aligns with the current requirement to provide, erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding at Bonneville Lock and Dam for ongoing inspection/repair activities. The overlap in location and the phased scaffolding installation/removal scope suggests the current effort is a continuation of similar scaffolding support needs.
