B765 Launch Support Building Cross-Coast Audio Visual Equipment

Background
The 30th Contracting Squadron at Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), CA is seeking to modernize and install audio-visual (A/V) capabilities in the 2nd Space Launch Squadron (2 SLS) conference room located at Building 765. This solicitation is part of their effort to enhance operational capabilities through improved A/V technology, aligning with their mission to support space launch operations.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:
1. A/V Equipment and Hardware: This encompasses all components required to meet the Statement of Objectives (SOO), including a large-format video wall, 85" side displays, audio system, microphones, and touchscreen control.
- Quantity: 1 Lot
2. Installation, Integration, & Testing: This involves all labor, project management, de-installation of legacy equipment, secure mounting, discrete cable routing, system integration, and functional testing as per the SOO.
- Quantity: 1 Lot
3. End-User Training & Documentation: This includes in-person live demonstrations, operational documentation, and as-built/redline drawings delivered upon system turnover.
- Quantity: 1 Lot
4. Additional End-User Training & Documentation as specified above.
- Quantity: 1 Lot
The total proposed quote price will be calculated based on the unit prices for each line item multiplied by their respective quantities.
