Work Details
The contractor will provide real property appraisal services as detailed in the Statement of Work. The specific tasks include:

1. Conducting market valuations for properties as specified in the agency case numbers: AQD_CON_2026_6, B05-801-2025-00777, B05-801-2026-00794, B05-801-2026-00818, B05-801-2025-00768, B05-801-2025-00770, B05-801-2025-00780, and B05-801-2025-00781.

2. Delivering comprehensive appraisal reports that meet federal standards and guidelines.
