Background
The University of California, on behalf of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) No. MG-05132026 for the manufacturing of mechanical sub-assemblies and components for the 'Hard Bend' (HBEND) permanent magnet dipole bending magnets as part of the Advanced Light Source Upgrade (ALS-U) storage ring.
