Description

A&E IDIQ for Edwards AFB.

The Contractor shall provide Title I Types A & B and Title II architect-engineer (A-E) services to Edwards AFB in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), design criteria, and instructions for preparation. Title I A-E services includes Type A (surveys, investigations, flow tests, soil borings, and studies), and Type B (design). The Title II A-E services include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform all operations necessary to provide Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) supervision and inspection services during the progress of construction until the completion and final acceptance of the project in accordance with the SOW dated 3 March 2020.
