6049 Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Repairs Anaconda JCC   4

Background
The USDA Forest Service (FS) Anaconda Job Corp has a requirement to secure a qualified vendor who can repair a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 truck after it was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident. This vehicle is essential to the day-to-day operation of the center, which encompasses National Forest Lands in Montana. The goal of this contract is to ensure that repairs meet or exceed industry standards, thereby supporting the mission of the Anaconda Job Corps.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repairing the 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 truck, ensuring that all labor, parts, and products installed meet manufacturer’s specifications. This includes all non-OEM aftermarket items necessary for a fully operational vehicle. The contractor must provide secure storage for the vehicle while in their possession and is responsible for any damage to government property during the contract period.

Repairs must be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the vehicle and required equipment. The contractor must have the capacity to begin work shortly after contract award. The work includes restoring and installing components such as doors, bumpers, grilles, lights, side airbags, and cab interiors in a consistent and standardized manner. Additionally, warranty provisions require that any deficiencies identified during inspections must be corrected promptly.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 21, 2026, to October 19, 2026.

Place of Performance
The repairs will take place at the USDA Forest Service Anaconda Job Corps Center located at 1384 Foster Creek Rd, Anaconda MT 59711.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to meet technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work and provide past performance references.
