SDVOSB Set-Aside Preventive Maintenance Services on VA owned REC Solar Panels   4

Background
The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services on VA owned REC Solar Panels. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses IAW Public Law 109-461, 38 USC Section 8127. The period of performance shall be a base year plus up to 4 option years, which may begin approximately January 24, 2022.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, equipment, qualified personnel, qualified supervision, and transportation necessary to provide training, maintenance, repair, inspection and cleaning of the seventeen VA WLA Solar PV inverters and arrays. The services include general inspections, electrical inspections and maintenance, inverter inspections and maintenance, monitoring equipment inspection, array washing, carport solar panel washing and cleaning, vegetation control, tracker maintenance. The Contractor shall also provide an Annual System Production Report each year. The Contractor shall be trained/qualified on specific requirements including being an authorized service provider of REC Solar Commercial Corporation and having relevant experience and qualifications.

The period of performance shall be a base year plus up to 4 option years, which may begin approximately January 24, 2022.
