Line Isolation Monitor Replacement Cath Lab B1 and OR B14 (VA-25-00089019)   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure two Line Isolation Monitors (LIM) for the Durham Veterans Affairs Health Care System (VAHCS) located at 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC. The goal of this contract is to enhance the safety and functionality of medical equipment within the Cath Lab and Operating Room by replacing outdated monitors with upgraded models.
This project is critical to maintaining operational efficiency in a medical facility that serves veterans.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to procure and install two upgraded Line Isolation Monitor panels. Specific tasks include:
1. Procurement of 2 ISO Panels (Bender LIM IZ-1410).
2. Removal and replacement of the existing LIM in the Cath-Lab on the 3rd floor of Building 1.
3. Removal and replacement of the existing LIM in the Operating Room located in Building 14.
4. Installation, programming, and testing of both new LIM panels.
5. Coordination with VA Electricians for power isolation during installation using Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
All installed parts must be new and conform to applicable safety standards.

Period of Performance
The expected period of performance begins immediately upon award.
