Since 1985, rpGatta has specialized in custom built assembly equipment. We design, build, test, and install automated equipment for numerous applications and industries. We are accustomed to tailoring equipment to meet our customer's specific design requirements. 80% of the equipment we build is first of kind (prototypes) that must go into full production at arrival at our customer's facility. Very often, we totally conceptualize the equipment from scratch with only the end purpose requirement provided by our customers. rpGatta engineers the machine or system mechanically, electrically, pneumatically, hydraulically, and the software all in house. The machinery or systems are fully assembled, tested, and is demonstrated to the customer that must approve the machinery or system meets all their requirements in our facility before shipping the machinery or system to our customer.

We have a 38,000 sq. ft. facility located in Aurora, Ohio, of which 30,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to welding, fabrication, painting, assembly, and testing of equipment that we design. There are two 5-ton capacity overhead electric traveling cranes to aid in machine assembly, and two docks for shipping and receiving. Our mechanical and electrical engineers are proficient with Autodesk Inventor, NX, CATIA, and other 3D CAD programs; and 2D AutoCAD. We are DFARS 252.204-7008/NIST SP 800-171 Compliant With Safeguarding Covered Defense Information Controls and Rockwell Automation SP Certified in Control, Information, and Process. We are a Fanuc Authorized System Integrator, Kawasaki Robotics Preferred Integrator, Yaskawa/Motoman Robotics System Integrator, KUKA Official System Partner, and ABB Robotics Authorized Provider.
