*Improving the ability of youth‐led and youth‐serving institutions to design, implement and evaluate youth programs and policies;
*Strengthening the capacity of youth to engage in development processes in their communities; and
*Supporting USAID as a leader in the development of the international evidence base for positive youth development approaches.
