Western Ground Transportation IDIQ

Provide transportation and protection services for noncitizens in ICE custody across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs) including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. This contract vehicle is designed to support the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in managing and overseeing the nation's civil immigration detention system. The services are critical to ensuring the secure and efficient transport of individuals who may pose a risk to national security or public safety, as well as those who have entered the United States illegally. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of transportation services, including management, supervision, labor, and materials, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Key responsibilities include managing the secure escort of immigrants, ensuring all personnel have the necessary identification credentials, and obtaining all required permits and licenses prior to contract execution. The place of performance for these services includes the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City Areas of Responsibility Field Offices. This initiative supports ICE's mission to uphold the integrity of U.S. immigration laws and border control efforts by facilitating the safe and orderly transportation of individuals within the immigration detention system.
