VISN-10 Artificial Limbs

Provide Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) with fabricated artificial prosthetic limbs and related services for an estimated 61 VA Medical Centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) throughout the Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 catchment area. This catchment area includes MI, KY, OH, and IN. The contractor will procure/provide all parts associated with building and/or repairing the artificial limb. Upon receiving parts, the contractor shall build and/or repair, and fabricate all artificial limb appliances in strict conformance to the prosthetic prescription provided by the designated Physician(s) for VA Amputee Clinic(s).
