Provide Tutoring Services to Eligible Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment disabled Veterans under the Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Contractors provide all inclusive tutoring services which cover transportation, lodging, books, supplies, equipment, or any other expenses associated with the provision of the tutoring services. Contractors provide tutoring at the college level in a wide variety of subjects.
