USFS Civil Engineering Construction Projects In GA, TN, SC, & NC

Provide road and other transportation related repair and construction services, however, may include other civil engineering construction work typically performed by road construction and excavation type contractors. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs. The IDIQ will allow for services to be ordered by the Government as needed and required. Contractors will provide construction services through both the traditional design-bid-build (DBB) and design-build (DB) methods. In the traditional DBB method the Government will provide the contractor with a full design and the associated specifications, requiring the contractor to perform solely the construction services
