IDIQ

Description

Provide Architect-Engineer (AE) services for projects involving Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and environmental remediation. The work includes conducting remedial design and investigations in compliance with CERCLA regulations, managing various project phases such as preliminary assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering during construction, as well as post-construction operations. Contractors are expected to provide technical services, including advice on wetlands determination, preparation of remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and evaluation of engineering projects.

The projects will primarily focus on EPA Region 2, which includes New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, but may also extend to the Northwestern Division (NWD) Districts.
