Provide specialized medical facilities (O&M) services to support the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), the Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA), the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at locations throughout the Contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories; and outside of the contiguous United States (Korea, Japan, Thailand, Germany, England, Portugal, Turkey and Italy); to include locations that have DoD Medical Facilities under the Operation and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement (OMEE) Program. The OMEE Program provides facilities maintenance and specialized O&M services for DoD’s medical facility infrastructure.
