Description

Provide environmental studies, investigation, design, and construction phase engineering services for HTRW sites/projects. AE Services that may be required under this contract include but are not limited to work plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP) in accordance with Uniform Federal Policy (UFP), environmental baseline studies, hazard evaluations, preliminary site assessments, site investigations, subsurface exploration (soil, sediment, and groundwater), indoor air and soil vapor investigations and mitigation, geological, geotechnical, and geophysical (surficial and borehole) investigations, surveying (topographic, aerial, and other), mapping (creating 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional data visualizations using software tools), geographic information systems (GIS), wetlands determinations and mitigation studies, conceptual site model development, and environmental chemistry data collection and analysis.
Work will primarily be performed within the boundaries of the New England (ME, MA, CT, RI, NH, VT) and New York Districts (NY and NJ), but work may also be required at other locations within the boundaries of the North Atlantic Division and assigned CONUS mission areas (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, and the District of Columbia).
