Provide construction phase services supporting, engineering, Design Build and Design Bid Build construction projects that are administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth. Services include onsite assistance and guidance to field offices, onsite project management, onsite administration support, onsite construction Quality Assurance (QA) inspection and reporting, onsite review of contract documents and submittals, onsite review of NAS schedules and Quality Control (QC plans), onsite review of contractor submitted shop drawings and submittals for conformance with the approved plans and specifications, daily onsite evaluation of construction methods and materials, onsite interpretation of plans and specifications, daily evaluation of jobsite safety, onsite evaluation of construction progress, onsite review of contractor submitted plans and specifications for conformance to design-build (DB) request for proposal (RFP) and code requirements, commissioning, daily onsite evaluation of construction for conformance with applicable building codes and investigation and reporting of construction contractor claims
