Description

Provide USAID/OTI with the means to support U.S. foreign policy objectives by catalyzing local initiatives to advance stability, peace, and democracy in response to complex political crises. The vehicle is structured around two service areas/components:

1. SWIFT-Programs (Unrestricted Component):
- Establishment and Operation: The contractor will establish, staff, manage, operate, and support a flexible, quick-response mechanism capable of administering and implementing targeted activities under OTI Country or Regional Programs.
- Programmatic Research: Undertake programmatic research initiatives.
- Support to USAID Personnel: Provide support to program-funded USAID personnel.

2. SWIFT-Support (Restricted Small Business Set-Aside Component):
- Technical Assistance and Support: Recruit and deploy technical assistance to support OTI program operations.
- Support to USAID Personnel: Provide support to program-funded USAID personnel.
