Provide non-PEO C4ISR/SPAWAR support in the form of engineering, fabrication, installation, logistics/administrative support, design, testing and evaluation, rapid prototype development (i.e., set up a working model to prove a concept),and acquisition of commercial-off-the-shelf items utilized in turnkey operations of sophisticated electronic/communications equipment and systems at shore stations throughout the world and onboard U. S. Coast Guard vessels in port orat sea. Major system types for which services may be required under this contract are: Air Traffic Control; Surveillance; Networks - Local Area (LAN)and Wide Area (WAN); Command, Control, Communications, Computer &Intelligence (C4I); Cryptological Systems; Navigational Aids; Video Teleconferencing; Simulators and Trainers; Integrated Physical Security Systems, including Electronic Sensor Systems, including Remote Sensor Systems for Physical Security; Closed Circuit Television; Telemetry; Telecommunication Service Request/Order/Change and Test and Monitoring Systems (TAMS).
