Radiological Remediation and Management Contract III (RADMAC III)

Provide labor and materials necessary to perform environmental remediation services for radiological contaminants at various Department of Defense (DoD) installations. The work involves conducting radiological investigations, surveys, and remediation to ensure sites are returned to safe and acceptable levels of contamination. Contractors will prepare work documents and reports in support of Navy environmental programs, implementing recommendations from Historical Radiological Assessments (HRAs), and conducting feasibility studies and decision documents.
The scope includes remedial actions, removal actions, remedial designs, and expedited and emergency response actions. Additionally, contractors will perform pilot and treatability studies, operate and maintain remedial action systems, and engage in other related activities. The work will primarily occur within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (NAVFAC SW) area of responsibility, with potential tasks in the NAVFAC Atlantic and NAVFAC Pacific areas.
The primary locations for the work are expected to be in California, but services may be required at other installations within the NAVFACSYSCOM SW area of responsibility, including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. This ensures comprehensive coverage and flexibility to meet the environmental remediation needs across various DoD sites.
