Pittsburgh-Butler-Erie Construction MATOC

Provide a comprehensive range of construction services across the Pittsburgh, Butler, and Erie regions in Pennsylvania. The selected contractors will undertake various construction tasks including maintenance, repair, and new construction projects. These tasks will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Centers in these areas, enhancing their facilities and services.
Work will involve a variety of construction trades and disciplines, such as interior and exterior renovations, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression systems, electrical power and lighting installations, and communications systems. Additional tasks may include site work like landscaping and fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete paving, and facility demolition. Each task order will specify the scope of work, quantities, and construction methods required, ensuring adherence to Construction Wage Rate Requirements where applicable.
The geographic focus of these projects will be within the Pittsburgh, Butler, and Erie areas, providing essential improvements to VA facilities over a five-year period. The contractors will be responsible for executing these projects efficiently, ensuring that the facilities meet current standards and effectively support the VA's mission.
