Operational Range Clearance (ORC) IDIQ

Provide range sustainment and munitions response services. The general scope of work is to encourage integrated approaches to performing operational range clearance (ORC); range sustainability activities; and munitions response actions including: removal actions, clean-up of range residue, disposal, and management of munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), munitions possessing potential explosive hazard (MPPEH), munitions debris (MD), range related debris (RRD), or other constituents related to munitions. ORC work may include performance of surface sweep operations over existing active and inactive range target areas to identify, remove, and transport range residue (ordnance scrap, UXO and target debris). It may also include demilitarization, mutilation, safe certification/verification, and disposal/recycling of range residue.

Work may be performed at sites located on Navy and Marine Corps installations within the geographic area of cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, including the continental United States, Southern Europe, Southwest Asia, the Pacific, the Caribbean, and the Atlantic.
