Description

Provide comprehensive research and development services to support the Naval Research Laboratory's Tactical Electronic Warfare Division. The focus is on enhancing tactical combat capabilities and electronic warfare systems through a variety of engineering support services. Key areas of interest include systems engineering, combat systems analysis, electronic attack and support systems performance, and the development of electronic warfare tactics. The mission is to utilize modeling and simulation tools to evaluate the effectiveness of current and future electronic warfare concepts and systems for both aircraft and ship platforms.
The program encompasses a broad range of tasks, including systems engineering, hardware development, and the execution of fleet and live fire events. Additionally, it involves the development of computer modeling and simulations, infrastructure support, data collection methods, and technical support services. These efforts aim to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems by providing necessary tools and evaluations to support the development and deployment of advanced combat systems.
The primary place of performance for this contract will be the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C.
