NIH General Architect-Engineer Services

Provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) design and other A-E services for construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and infrastructure projects CONUS. Work will include construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and infrastructure projects to include, but not limited to Office / Public Space Facilities, Health Care Facilities, Laboratory Facilities, Animal Care Facilities, and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing / Special Utilities / Central Utilities Plant Facilities within the following locations: NIH Main Campus, Bethesda, MD; NIH Animal Center, Poolesville, MD; various leased facilities, Bethesda, Rockville, and Baltimore, MD; and other campuses and leased facilities located throughout the United States.
